  • Customer Service Sales Engineer (M/F)

    Your tasks:

    • Sales responsibilities for assigned business units (all) and Customer Service (CS) for Asia Pacific
    • Drive business development for existing and new customers
    • Regular customer visits and relationship building/management with existing and new customers
    • Relationship management: together with the team the CS Sales manages customer relationships with main focus on CS topics
    • Sales and quotation support: responsible for initiating quotation process for CS offering and generates sales leads
    • Open communication and frequent update of market information to the Regional CS Manager and supporting team e.g. Quotation
    • Identify projects and opportunities in the market
    • Prepare quotations, negotiate and conclude contracts
    • Provide market know-how and full overview, including competitors
    • Manage sales budget, sales forecast and channels (local agents)
    • Actively managing and using CRM tools
    • Coordinate with the HQ for regional business solutions and needs
    • Salesforce: Utilization and responsibility for dedicated data set
    • Develop CS Business (market share, order intake development)
    • Develop new CS products for ProXES to grow the market presents in Asia Pacific based on customer need

     

    Your profile:

    • Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
    • Preferably 5 years of experience in the Food, Pharma or HPC industry
    • Sales experience for capital expenditures/ investment goods
    • Tools: Microsoft Office + internal software: Intranet, SAP Quotation, Salesforce, Sharepoint etc..
    • Independent, organised and target oriented and inquisitive
    • Good written and verbal communication in English
    • Knowledge of Asian languages is of advantage
    • Eager to learn and constantly seek to improve professionally through technical and other trainings
    • Knowledge of major value drivers of customer P&L and ability to explain impact of ProXES services (ROI/USP)
    • Technical knowledge: Sufficient technical background to understand client processes, not only machines but overall transformation process and operations processes
    • Knowledge of sales and service in process engineering
    • Knowledge in food processing industry

    • Conflict management
    • Willingness to travel up to 70% within the sales area (situational condition apply - Pandemic)
